Cancellation policy
Refundable on arrival
The customer can cancel the reservation free of charge until 10:00 AM on the day of arrival.
All dates not listed in the other cancellations.
Refundable: 2 days
Saturdays in April, May and October (except 09/10/27).
Other dates:
From 01/12/26 to 03/1/26, from 13/12/26 to 17/12/26, from 20/12/26 to 23/12/26, from 10/01/27 to 31/01/27 (except Saturdays), from 21/03/27 to 24/03/27, from 30/03/27 to 31/03/27, on 30/04/27, on 28/05/27, all of June 2027 (except Saturdays, 04/06 and 23/06), from 05/07/27 to 07/07/27, from 12/07/27 to 14/07/27, from 01/09/27 to 12/09/27 (except Saturdays), on 24/09/27, on 31/10/27.
The customer can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 2 days before the arrival date.
Partially refundable: 5 days
Saturdays in January, June and September.
From 04/12/26 to 12/12/26, 18/12 and 19/12/26, 24/12/26, from 06/01/27 to 09/01/27, from 01/02/27 to 29/03/27 (except from 21/03 to 24/03), on 04/06/27 and 23/06/27, from 01/07/27 to 04/07/27, from 08/07/27 to 11/07/27, from 15/07/27 to 31/08/27, from 08/10/27 to 12/10/27.
The customer can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 5 days before the arrival date.
Partially refundable: 12 days
From 25/12/27 to 05/01/27.
The customer can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 12 days before the arrival date.
Cancellations received outside the season's deadline will lose the cost of the first night.
Refunds will incur a charge of 2.0% of the amount to be refunded for bank expenses.
